The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subsequent writ petition has been filed in W.P.No.17067 of 2020 which was also filed for the relief sought in this Writ Petition and therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to pursue with W.P.No.17067 of 2020.

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
