J U D G M E N T

When the case was taken up for hearing on 15.11.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant sought adjournment for getting instructions from his client to pursue the matter further, and hence, the case was adjourned by today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has handed over the case bundle to the appellant and the appellant is very well aware of the hearing of the case, today. Despite the same, there is no representation for the appellant either in person or through counsel.

3.In the light of the above, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
