The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the first respondent from giving electricity connection to the third respondent in respect of lands in S.No.385/52, 385/53 and S.No.385/54, Namandy Village, Cheyyar Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District.
2.The learned standing counsel appearing for the Tamilnadu Electricity Board would submit that the very same issue is already been pending before the competent Civil Court in O.S.No.253 of 2008. 3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned standing counsel, this petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
