Prayer in WP.No.693 of 2020 To issue, Writ, Order direction more in the nature of Writ of Declaration declaring that the entire examination and the results published for the post of Computer Instructor Grade I published in Notification No 9/19 dated 1.3.2019 by the 3rd Respondent as illegal and arbitrary on the ground of being vitiated by non transparency and mal practice and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent board to conduct a fresh examination for the post of computer Instructor Grade I in a transparent manner by giving an equal opportunity to all the candidates. Prayer in W.P.Nos. 35202/2019 and 35198/2019. To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to Call for the records pertaining to the Impugned final Selection List for the
Certificate Vertification dated 28.11.2019 for the direct Recruitment of Computer Instructors Grade I (Post Graduate Cadre) based on notification dated on 01.03.2019 as online computer Bsed Examinatin on the file of the Respondent No. 1 and quash the same as illegal and further direct the Respondent No. 1 to and quash the same as illegal and further direct the Respondent No. 1 to conduct Re examination for all the candidates who appeared the examination conducted by the Respondent No. 1 on 23.06.2019 and 27.06.2019 and passing any further or other orders.

2. The appellants seek a similar order since the issue is the same.
3. Mr.C.Munusamy, learned Special Government Pleader, appears for the official respondents and does not object the prayer.
4. Accordingly, W.A.Nos.972, 975 and 977 of 2021 are disposed of on similar lines as the order dated February 10, 2021 passed in W.A.Nos.330 and 398 of 2021. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.Nos.6050, 6051, 6057, 6061, 6063 and 6054 of 2021 are closed.
