O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take speedy steps to provide drainage pipe line connection to the petitioner to residential building in Door No.116, Street No.4, Madhanakuppam, Collector Nagar, Kolathur, Chennai 600 099.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Heard Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation .

4. A bare perusal of the docket sheet of the bundle shows that petitioner was not present before this Court on more than two occasions. This clearly indicate that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter any more. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismissed the writ petition for non-prosecution.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
