Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 forthwith consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2017 followed by a reminder on 10.03.2018 and take action against the 5th respondent for not adhering to the timings fixed in respect of her vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 25 BE 9041 plying on the route "Vellore to Gingee".

The present Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.12.2017 followed by a reminder on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

10.03.2018 and take action against the 5th respondent for not adhering to the timings fixed in respect of her vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 25 BE 9041 plying on the route "Vellore to Gingee".

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pending Writ Petition, the 5th respondent has given an undertaking letter dated 30.05.2018 stating that she will adhere to the timings fixed by the authorities and from that date onwards, she is following the timings fixed by the authorities. In view of the same, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. 3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
