ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(b) of the order in Crl.OP.No.30959 of
2025 dated 13.11.2025 that the the petitioner/accused shall report before the respondent police every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has duly complied the condition of this Court from 23.11.2025 to till date and hence prays to allow this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and opposed to allow this petition.
4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that '' the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m.,for a period of eight weeks''. The other conditions imposed by the Court shall remain intact.
5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
