Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to provide alternative site in respect of the property bearing Door No.702, M.T.H.Road, Pattabhiram, Chennai 600 072 comprised in S.No.381/3, measuring 0.13 cents in Pattabhiram Village to the petitioners and to pay a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees twenty lakhs only) towards adequate compensation and damages for demolishing the petitioners building illegally by the respondents.
