O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2018, wherein, he asked for issuance of patta for the land comprised in survey number 876, Chennathur village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner claims to be in possession of the land to an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

extent of 1600 sq.ft. comprising survey number 876 at Chennathur village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, for the past 35 years and he also spend Rs.20,000/- for laying foundation in the above said property and he also issued with B-Memo on the property. Since the petitioner has been in possession of the said property for a quite longtime, he has given representation on 04.02.2008, 20.11.2017 and also on 26.02.2018 seeking issuance of patta. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court for a suitable direction.

3.Since the petitioner is unable to show any evidence whatsoever to support his contention that he has been in possession of land in question, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition fails and dismissed. No costs.
