This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 01.08.2011.

2.Heard Mr.V.Subbarayan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.C.Sathish, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. 3.The 4th respondent made an application under the RTI Act to inspect the records of the Panchayat and the 3rd respondent through the impugned proceedings dated 01.08.2011, permitted the 4th respondent to inspect the records. When this writ petition was entertained, this Court passed an order of interim injunction and the same is in force till date. The tenure of the President has already come to an end and nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. 2/4
