Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.176 dated 17.12.2021 and quash the same insofar as Clause 3 of the said Government Order is concerned with respect to the petitioners and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioners to take part in the transfer counselling to be held on 11.02.2022 or any other subsequent dated without insisting upon the completion of minimum period of one year in the present station. O R D E R

It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the impugned Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.176, School Education [SE5(1)] dated 17.12.2021 was subsequently amended vide G.O.Ms.No.15, School Education Department dated 10.02.2022 and therefore, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid amended Government Order in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
