The writ petition has been filed challenging the correctness of the impugned notice dated 17.03.2009 issued by the third respondent and seeking a direction to the third respondent to release the document to the petitioner. 2.Questioning the maintainability of the writ petition, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has to file C.M.A. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.As the petitioner has wrongly filed the writ petition, two weeks time is given to the petitioner to file C.M.A. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed. No costs.
