Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant the enhanced award compensation in respect of Survey No.25/11B 2B (Old 25/11 B2) for an extent of 62 Sq mtr as per the order passed by the District Collector, Tiruvallur District dated 06.12.2018 in the manner as contemplated therein within a time period as may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant the enhanced award compensation in respect of Survey No.25/11B 2B (Old 25/11 B2) for an extent of 62 Sq mtr as per the order passed by the District Collector, Tiruvallur District dated 06.12.2018.

2. Mr.D.Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent made a statement that the respondents have paid the compensation amount.

3. Mr.P.Sathyanathan, learned counsel for the petitioner also agreed that the petitioner has received the compensation amount.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
