ASHA, J, The above application is filed to eschew the proof affidavit which has been filed by the applicant in T.O.S.No.66 of 2016 and to permit them to file a proof affidavit in C.S.No.856 of 2014 and T.O.S.No.66 of 2016.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the petition being allowed.

3.Accordingly, this Application is ordered.

4.The learned counsels would submit that the matter is now pending before the learned III Additional Master.

5.The learned III Additional Master shall resume the evidence in the above matter. List this matter before the learned III Additional Master on 19.03.2020.
