PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certoriarified-FiedMandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent herein relating to Ref.No.Engg./November 2003 Exams./Enq.Com dated 14.05.2004 relating to the petitioner under registration No.E.838516 and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to publish the results of the November 2003 examinations and permit the petitioner to complete the BE(EEE) course Examinations arrear subjects in the first respondents university by taking up the subsequent examinations without reference to the impugned order.
