Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, submits that the application dated 26.09.2019 made by the Petitioner for renewal of Mini Bus permit, has been disposed by order Proc. No. R. No. 01749/A1/2020 dated 13.02.2020 and he has produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. 2.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to him to work out his remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
