.. Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to G.O. (D) No.1312 dated 04.12.2006 of the first respondent and consequential order in Letter No.43171/B1/07-15, dated 29.06.2009 of the second respondent communicated in Ref.No.61745/E1/2/07 dated 16.07.2009 of the third respondent quash the above G.O. Dated 04.12.2006 in so far treating the period from 08.04.1998 to 14.05.2002 as non-duty and consequential order dated 29.06.2009 of the second respondent and consequently direct the respondents to treat the period 08.04.1998 to 14.05.2002 as duty for all purposes including for promotion and pensionary benefits with all consequential benefits.
