ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to comply with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.778 of 2024 dated 22.04.2024, thereby directed the respondents to accelerate the investigation in an effective manner and prosecute the offenders and the petitioner is at liberty to give statements, documents, inputs to the Enforcement Directorate officials for effective providing into the offences.
2. It is seen that the direction issued by this Court was not complied with. If the direction issued by this Court is not complied with by the respondents, the petitioner can very well file a contempt petition before this Court. Instead, the petitioner sought for direction to implement the order passed by this Court.
