The Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of CPC against the judgment and decree dated 25.02.2004 in AS.No.97 of 2003 on the file of the III Additional City Civil Court, Chennai reversing the judgment and decree dated 25.09.2002 in OS.No.4483 of 1999 on the file of the XVIII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

This second appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 25.02.2004 in AS.No.97 of 2003 on the file of the III Additional City Civil Court, Chennai reversing the judgment and decree dated 25.09.2002 in OS.No.4483 of 1999 on the file of the XVIII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Eventhough the second appeal is of the year 2005, when the matter was posted on 02.12.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant as such the second appeal was ordered to be posted on 04.12.2019 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also i.e. 04.12.2019, no representation on the side of the appellant.

3. Therefore, this second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
