ORDER
Aggrieved by the order dated 09.12.2022 passed by this Court in WP No.33199 of 2022, the petitioners have filed this Writ Miscellaneous Petition seeking leave to file the review application.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that after filing of the review petition, the 1st respondent has ceased the operations in the quarry and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. 2/4
3. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed and consequently the Review Application stands dismissed at the SR stage itself.
