..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to waive the petitioner's entire, agricultural loans along with their interest in KCCS No.4498, ALGL No.4452, ALGL No.4384 and AL Dairy No.4428 in the respondent's Bank, Thekkalur Branch under the Agricultural Debt Waiver and Debt Relief Scheme, 2008.

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to waive her entire agricultural loans along with interest in the respondent-Bank, Thekkalur Branch under the Agricultural Debt Waiver and Debt Relief Scheme, 2008.

2. Mr.Kavi Ramalingam, learned counsel for the petitioner would state that they have already given change of vakalat to the petitioner.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank would state that the petitioner had repaid the entire amount and thereafter, her account was closed.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
