The petitioner has filed the writ petition seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the difference in pay, due to the anomaly in fixation of pay, by considering his representation dated 27.08.2015 in the light of the proceedings passed by the Government in Letter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.45113/U.Ku/2009-1 Finance Department, dated 17.08.2009.

2. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice on behalf of the respondents, submitted that the respondents would consider the petitioner's representation, on merits and as per law, within a time frame to be stipulated by this court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 27.08.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, and pass orders, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
