COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records of the first respondent in D.Dis.K4/18560/06 dated 10.07.2008 and quash the same consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to issue a patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of land to and extent of 10 Acres, 3 Acres, 10 Acres and 6 Acres respectively comprised in Survey No.16/1-B situated at Gurubarapalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District.
