O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the writ petition seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the difference in pay, due to the anomaly in fixation of pay, by considering his representations dated 17.07.2015, 12.02.2016, 28.04.2016 and 06.07.2018 in the light of the proceedings passed by the Government in Letter No.45113/U.Ku/2009-1 Finance Department, dated 17.08.2009.

2. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice on behalf of the respondents, submitted that the respondents would consider the petitioner's representation, on merits and as per law, within a time frame to be stipulated by this court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representations made by the petitioner dated 17.07.2015, 12.02.2016, 28.04.2016 and 06.07.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, and pass orders, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
