ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent Vide No. 50712/V2/2005-2 dated 10.11.2011 and to quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to include the name of the petitioner in the panel of Assistant fit for promotion to the post of SubRegistrar Grade - II by including his name in the proper place over and above his immediate Junior with all service and monetary benefits.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pending the writ petition, the petitioner had received the order, thereby withdrawn the punishment imposed on the petitioner by way of a Government Order.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel

for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. It is made clear that in pursuant to the withdrawal of the punishment imposed on the petitioner, the petitioner is entitled for all the benefits sought for in this writ petition.
