The learned counsel on both sides would submit that the matter may be referred to mediation for amicable settlement between the parties.

2. After hearing the rival submissions, the matter is referred to the District Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Erode District. The parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 05.07.2024 and the time for mediation for 30 days and the mediation shall be completed on or before 07.08.2024. Thereafter, the matter shall be posted before this Court along with report on 07.08.2024.

3. The interim order already granted by this Court on 26.02.2024 is hereby made absolute.

4. Post the main appeal on 07.08.2024 under the caption 'for final disposal'.
