ORDER

The petitioner, after being promoted to the post of Graduate Assistant on 27.1.2007, was serving at Government Girls High School, Mallavadi, Chennai. Since he was subsequently posted as Project Coordinator, RMSA Scheme, Cheyyar Educational District, Tiruvannamalai, after availing casual leave for two days, he rejoined duty on 31.5.2016, as his wife was indisposed. When the petitioner went to office on the next day to attend to his duties, the third respondent did not permit him to sign the attendance register. Therefore he has given various representations on 4.6.2016, 4.8.2016 and lastly on 15.2.2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

along with medical certificates to the third respondent to permit him to join duty and also to disburse the salary. But none of his representations have been considered. Hence the petitioner, who is without employment, has been advised to come to this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representations.

2. Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. This Court, considering the limited prayer, without going to the merits, hereby directs the respondents to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
