Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent and second respondent or the appropriate respondents to restrain from demolishing the house of the petitioner and further restraining the acquisition of the petitioner's land, which in all is illegal and contrary to the actual road project expansion plan, since the petitioner's immovable property is far away of 25 feet from the expanded width edge of the road as per the actual statutory planned width expansion for 20ft as on the either side of the 10ft actual existing road, as no appropriate notice or instruction been made as such.
