The petitioner has filed this petition to call for the records and quash all proceedings in C.C.No.596 of 2017 on the file of XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the case against the petitioners was ended in acquittal and therefore, this Court may close this petition, as there is nothing to adjudicate in this matter.

3. Considering the fact that the case against the petitioners has ended in an acquittal, nothing survives for adjudication in this Petition.
