JUDGMENT

When the second appeal came up for hearing on 05.04.2022, there was no representation for the appellant and hence the Registry was directed to post this matter under the caption "for dismissal' on 06.04.2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, one Ms.M.Saranya (Enrollment No. 933/2015), Advocate, sought adjournment on behalf of the appellant. The second appeal is of the year 2005 and hence, this Court is not inclined to give any adjournment.

3. In view of the same, this Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
