Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in pursuant to the seniority list issued by the 3rd respondent on 31.01.2001 and quash the same so far as the Respondents 4 and 5 are concerned and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to place the name of the petitioner in Sl.No.4 below Mr.Jayaraman and accordingly, promote her to the post of Middle School Head Mistress with all monetary and attendant benefits.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate for R1 to R3 submitted that promotion has already been granted and the benefits due to the petitioner have also been extended to her.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, though he had already sent a communication to the petitioner, he has not received any reply and there was no response on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

side of the petitioner. He further submitted that the submissions of the learned Government Advocate Pleader may be recorded.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 to R3, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
