ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 15.12.2020 and to grant patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the property in Sy.No.14/1B, Devi Nagar, Korattur, Chennai. 2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents and made a statement on instructions that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 25.02.2021 at 11.30 a.m. at the office of the third respondent/Tahsildhar. 3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the third respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the period, if any lost for the responsibilities associated with the conduct of the General Elections, 2021.
