The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.661 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences under Sections 454, 457 and 380 IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) stated that after completing investigation, the respondent had filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Tiruppur categorizing the Petitioner as an absconding accused. The Petitioner would necessarily have to now appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Tiruppur.

3. However, the Petitioner may take advantage of Rule 22 and Rule 24 of Criminal Rules of Practice and also Form No.74 of the Criminal Rules of Practice.
