O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the Court in pursuance to the order dated 05.01.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.2447 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had filed return of property petition before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri and the same was allowed by an order dated 05.01.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.2447 of 2021 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to return the vehicle. Further, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- to Adayar Cancer Institute, Chennai, on or before 19.01.2022. However, due to his financial crisis, the petitioner was unable to comply with the order dated 05.01.2022. Thereby, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time for a period of 2 weeks.

3.Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

4. Considering the above submissions so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to extend 2 weeks time to comply the order of the trial Court. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
