Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling records from the 1st respondent Labour Court relating to the impugned award dated 09.01.2003 in I.D.No.180/1995 and quash the same, in so far as it has denied entire back wages to the worker Thiru R.Mani and direct the 2nd respondent Management to pay him back wages from 30.09.1994 till the date of gainful employment as conductor on 01.01.2001 and thus render justice.
