This petition is filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the D.V.O.P.No.27 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pollachi and quash the same. 2.There was no representation for the petitioners for the hearing on 09.03.2021 and 17.03.2022. Therefore, this matter was ordered to be posted under the caption for dismissal today (i.e.23.03.2022). Today also, there is no representation for the petitioners.

3.This Court in the judgment reported in 2021 1 L.W. 289 P.Pathmanathan and others Vs.
