PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certoriarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the first respondent relating to the order passed in his Memorandum Ref.No.Engg/November 2003 Exams/Enq.Com., dated 14.05.2004 and quash the same and consequentially directing the respondents herein to permit the petitioner to sit for the 8th Semester April 2004 Examinations to be held from 19.05.2004 including the arrear papers if any in the examinations written in November 2003 and publish the results of the petitioner.
