Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the recores of the 2nd respondent, relating to his Pr.Na.Ka. No.77428/91/N1 dated 20.02.2009, to quash the same and to issue consequential directions to the respondents to implement the order of the Special Commissioner and Commissioner of Land Administration, Chennai in Pro. R.Dis. (F) No.16030/91 dated 07.10.1993, by collecting the value of 5 acres of land in S.No.44/2A5 in Nariyampudur Village, Uthiramerur Taluk, Kancheepuram District at the market rate as on the date of assignment to the petitioner on 04.05.1968.

ORDER

Though several opportunities were given to the petitioner to bring the legal heirs of the deceased, but no steps have been taken by the petitioner till now.

2. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
