This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring the legal representatives of deceased 4th respondent as respondents 8 and 9 herein on record in the above appeal.

2. Mr.P.R.Balasubramanian, learned counsel for petitioners herein submitted a memo as well as the above petition stating that pending Appeal, the 4th respondent died on 08.11.2021. Hence, her legal heirs have filed the above petition to bring on them as respondents 8 and 9 in the above appeal.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances as well as the reasons assigned in the above petitions seems to be justifiable one, this Court is inclined to allow the above petition. Accordingly, the proposed legal representatives of the 4th respondent are impleaded as respondents 8 and 9 in the above appeal. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and also issue notice to the newly added respondents through court returnable by 21.06.2023. Private notice is also permitted. The learned counsel for appellant is directed to pay batta in three days. Post the matter on 21.06.2023.
