When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents had withdrawn the proceedings in DVC.No.45 of 2022.

Recording the above submission, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Accordingly, the interim stay already granted by this Court on 15.03.2023 is vacated.
