This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 02.12.2024 wherein the petitioners are seeking for the details of deposit of compensation fixed for the lands acquired in order to make their claims.
2. Heard Mr.V.Raghupathi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for petitioners produced the copy of the communication received from the second respondent. On going through the same, the second respondent has sought for necessary particulars in order to enable the second respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner and to furnish the details.
4. In the light of the above development, the petitioner shall provide the necessary particulars to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the details sought for by the petitioner shall be furnished to them.
This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
