O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order dated 21.12.2018 made in W.P.No.34111 of 2018 passed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that the order dated 21.12.2018 made in W.P.No.34111 of 2018 has been complied with by the 3rd respondent. The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd and 3rd respondent also conceded the same.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with by the 3rd respondent herein by their letter No.69/LCD-D2/2019 dated 22.07.2019. Hence, disobedience cannot be termed as wilful in nature. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the 3rd respondent, liberty is grated to him 2/3

to challenge the same in accordance with law. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
