..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent, dated 30.03.2009 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to treat the Deed of Transfer, dated 11.12.2008 under Schedule I Article 63(e) of Indian Stamp Act, 1899.
