It is seen from the previous date proceedings order that there was no representation for the petitioner from 23.01.2017 and again when the matter was posted subsequently, on 09.03.2021, 17.03.2022 and 25.03.2022. in the judgment reported in 2021 1 L.W. 289 P.Pathmanathan and others Vs. V.Monica and Others held that petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., cannot be maintained for quashing the proceedings under Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
