This application has been filed to amend S.No.13 to 21 of the Schedule ( Share Details Annexure-I ) in O.P. No.660 of 2019. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the Applicant that since the applicant was not aware about the shares which were left by the deceased, they were not included in the schedule. If those shares were not included serious prejudice will be caused to the applicant.

2.Having regard to the fact that the applicant was not aware of the shares and only after verification and clearance of the documents the same were found, it is necessary to include the same. Accordingly, the amendment petition is ordered.

3. The Applicant is directed to carry out the amendment and file the amended petition by 07.12.2020.

4. Post on 07.12.2020.
