Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus or any other appropriate writ by calling for the records of the Respondents in his proceedings in Naka A2 2155/06 dated 31.08.2006 and quash the same as illegal and direct the Respondent to renew the Registration Certificate for the year 2006-07 by accepting the D.D. for Rs.1500/- being the Renewal Fees sent along with letter dated 27.04.2006 and to issue any further direction or order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
