The petitioner has filed this petition to permit him to cross examine prosecution witness PW1 to PW10 by setting aside the order dated 15.02.2017 passed by the Judicial Magistrate I, Mettur in Crl.M.P.No.69 of 2017 in C.C.No.99/2013.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the case against the petitioner in C.C.No.99/2013, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate I, Mettur, was ended in acquittal and therefore, this Court may close this petition, as there is nothing to adjudicate in this matter.

3. Considering the fact that the case against the petitioner is ended in an acquittal, nothing survives for adjudication in this Petition.
