Originally this application has been filed as Original Application No.5286 of 1998 before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal at Chennai and after abolition of TNAT, application has been transferred and re-numbered as W.P.No.5962 of 2007. Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the respondent in Ref.Na.Ka.No.24363/98/J4 dated 29.04.1998 and quash the same. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed calling for the records of the order passed by the respondent in Ref.Na.Ka.No.24363/98/J4 dated 29.04.1998 and to quash the same.

2. The petitioner has filed the Original Application before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Chennai. Subsequently, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

due to abolition of the Tribunal, this matter was transferred to this Court and renumbered as W.P.No.5962 of 2007.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the original application itself was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 28.04.2006 in W.P.No.12560 of 2006. He has also produced the copy of the same.

4. Considering the fact that in view of the order passed by this Court, the original application was dismissed as withdrawn, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
