Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time granted by this Court to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4/2023 in Crl.Rc.No.9/2023, vide order dated 05.01.2023 is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
