ORDER

The petitioner, after joining the Kattumannarkoil Rural Cooperative Bank Limited as Office Assistant on 5.2.97, was promoted to the post of Clerk cum Typist by the proceedings of the third respondent dated 29.6.2011. However, his grievance is that his services have not been regularised by the respondents and in this regard, he has given a representation on 17.2.2016 followed by the reminder on 17.2.2017 to the respondents. As the said representation has not been considered till date, he has been advised to come to this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation.

This Court, considering the limited prayer, hereby directs the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
